Architecture
How deposits and strategy execution are kept apart.
Users hold shares of a HoodFold vault. A separate strategy layer allocates capital between tokenized-equity exposure, approved lending vaults and on-chain liquidity, under hard risk constraints on allocation, slippage, oracle deviation and vault exposure.
Contract layout
- HoodFoldFactory
- Deploys and registers every HoodFold
- HoodFoldVault
- ERC-4626-style share vault users deposit into
- StrategyManager
- Splits capital across the three destinations
Strategy destinations
- Liquidity Strategy
- On-chain liquidity, trading fees
- Stablecoin Vault
- Approved ERC-4626 lending, base yield
- Stock Vault
- Stock-lending yield where a market exists
Supporting infrastructure
- VaultRegistry — the allowlist of strategy destinations
- OracleAdapter — price feeds and deviation checks
- RiskManager — allocation caps and constraints
- RebalanceKeeper — scheduled strategy execution
- FeeController — performance-fee accounting
- EmergencyGuardian — pause authority
Liquidity runs on Uniswap v4 / compatible infrastructure. Lending is through ERC-4626-compatible vaults where supported. No integration is claimed as live until it is in the deployed configuration.
