Mechanics

The flow

Deposit, allocate, route, provide liquidity, compound.

    Deposit

    You deposit USDG or another supported asset into a HoodFold. No lockups, no wrapping to hold.

  2. 02

    Allocate

    HoodFold automatically creates the tokenized-stock and stablecoin allocation the strategy requires.

  3. 03

    Route

    Idle capital is routed into approved ERC-4626 lending vaults when appropriate, earning base yield while it waits.

  4. 04

    Provide liquidity

    Part of the capital provides on-chain liquidity through the strategy and collects trading fees.

  5. 05

    Compound

    Generated yield is harvested and reinvested automatically. Your HoodFold share keeps accruing.
